Wendi Fox, known nationwide for her "Alcohol Insanity Tour" and for her straight-forward and humorous look at the importance of finding the funny.

Wendi is not your average speaker. She has literally reinvented the lecture format. While working as a stand-up comedian in the college market, Wendi realized that her personal alcohol related stories were having an impact on how people were addressing the issues of alcohol abuse and addiction.

It wasn't until 1993 after being urged by her talent agent, that she began making her mark on the lecture circuit. Wendi was the first speaker in the college market to successfully blend the serious subject of alcohol awareness into a stand-up comedy format, while effortlessly maintaining a delicate balance of humor and insight, while still sending a strong message.

Wendi is the ultimate storyteller, and no where is that more evident than when she slides back to age five and captures your imagination with her, "Spirit of a Child." Wendi takes you on a journey back through time to help you find the Original You. The "Spirit of a Child" is the most unique and productive approach to addressing the self-esteem issue.

Wendi has shared the stage with the Beach Boys, Bad Company, Fleetwood Mac, Billy Ray Cyrus and many more. She is an NCAA approved speaker and has been the recipient of many speaking awards throughout the years.

Wendi has most recently been featured in "A Wave Of Compassion," a fast-moving, yet in-depth documentary film that explores the epidemic of addiction from an intriguing range of unconventional perspectives.

Having spoken to hundreds and hundreds of college campuses nationwide, Wendi has made a commitment to the very serious issues of self-esteem, substance abuse, and finding the path to health.

Just recently, a man on an airplane asked Wendi what she does for a living. She told him, "I speak to the human spirit." He said, "When you speak to the human spirit, what do you say? "Usually something funny!" she answered.
